The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the club was held on 13th July 2025, bringing members together to review the past year and elect the new leadership team.

During the meeting on 13th July, members cast their votes to elect new office bearers who will guide the club through the year 2025–26. The results of the election are as follows:
