GUEST ROOMS
Well appointed and comfortable guest rooms...
The Club has 12 well-furnished residential rooms, including 2 Suites, 5 Deluxe rooms, 2 Executive rooms and 3 Standard rooms, which are let out to members or their guests or to members of affiliated clubs, subject to availability.
All rooms are air-conditioned and suitable for double occupancy, while the suites are 3-bedded. Room no.7 (Standard) is on the ground floor. Others rooms are on the first floor. Tariffs are subject to change (at the discretion of the Executive Committee) without notice.
Advance reservation is required in writing from affiliated clubs for their members, who will also have to produce their photo id cards while checking in.
Two rooms (Room nos 1 and 2) are kept for short-notice requirement of Club guests and not generally available for advance booking. These will be allotted only at the discretion of the Hon Secretary.
CHECK OUT TIME FOR ALL ROOMS IS 12 NOON.
Booking cancellation 48 hours or more prior to check-in time will be free of cancellation charges. Cancellation inside 48 hours will entail a charge equivalent to one day's room rent.
Guests who check-in early morning and wish to use the room for the whole day and check-out late evening on same day will be required to pay rent for one-and-a-half days.
Guests who check-in early morning and check-out only the next day will be required to pay two days' rent.
Extra bed charge of Rs.250/- plus GST will be charged if more than 2 persons occupy a room (other than the suites), even if extra beds are not provided. Children below the age of 12 staying with their guardians will not be charged extra if extra bed is not taken.
Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
Room boys are available to attend on the occupants from 6.00 AM to 11.00 PM. There will not be any service between 11.00 PM and 6.00 AM. Members who want to check in during this period must give advance information to the Club.
The room rent, canteen bills and all other charges shall be fully paid up by the occupants (other than members) every five days if their stay exceeds that period. Payment should be made by cash or card.
RESTAURANT
Spacious multi cuisine restaurant for members and guests
The Club has a comfortable air-conditioned family restaurant. The daily menu will be displayed prominently. Other items as per the common menu will also be served on order, subject to availability.
Advance intimation and order may be given to the F&B manager if table bookings are needed for 5 or more members.

PERMIT ROOM
Vibrant bar with great ambiance and a wide selection of drinks
The Club has been running a licensed bar/permit room as per Government rules over the last few years. Liquor, Beer and Wine are procured from authorized sources and served to members/guests during stipulated hours.
11.00 am to 3.00 pm
6.00 pm to 10.30 pm
The Club Bar will remain open on all days except 1 st of every month and declared holidays.
GV RAJA HALL
Premium air-conditioned hall for functions and meetings
G.V RAJA HALL (capacity 100) is an air conditioned Conference cum Party Hall on the first floor. It has state of the art lighting, seating and audio-visual systems.
ROYAL CHAMBERS
Premium meeting room
ROYAL CHAMBERS (capacity 12) on the first floor is an air conditioned Hall, elegantly furnished. It is ideal for small groups.
KALLARACKAL HALL
The all weather hall for almost all occasions !
KALLARACKAL HALL (capacity 30) on the ground floor is an air conditioned Hall suitable for meetings and parties. Lighting and Audio-Visual systems are provided.
LAWNS
Lush green and inviting space to leisure
The Clubs front Lawn is open for service daily, weather permitting. A Snack Bar is also functioning with Cash Card system in the Front Lawn for providing Snacks, Tea, Coffee and Ice Creams to trainees and parents every day from 3.30 PM to 6.30 PM.
LIBRARY
A well stacked library in the lounge to relax and recharge.
The Library and Reading Room is located in a quiet corner of the main Lounge. Members are at liberty to borrow, free of rentals, books and papers and periodicals except the latest issues. Such periodicals shall be returned to the Club within 3 days, whereas Books are to be returned within 10 days.
The member borrowing books, periodicals or dailies shall enter the details in a register kept for the purpose at the Office. Cost of any borrowed items will be charged on the respective member if not returned within specified time.
LOUNGE
Lazy out, doze off, read a book, or just play ping pong ball or watch TV
The main Lounge area has a TV area, which is also convertible to a mini theater for projection to a Large Screen of major sporting events and during LIVE telecast.
Light refreshments and snacks can be served in the Lounge. Items for lunch or dinner will not be served inside the Lounge, except for select occasions authorized by the Honorary Secretary.
